I've always been someone who would chose the serene and beautiful countryside home with a farm, and a garden where I can plant my own food and not have to buy them from a plastic grocery store Fleda.

I'm fully in support of plant-based food my friend.

That is awesome! And I agree with you on having a garden where we can grow our own food. And even though I now live in the desert in Arizona, we are slowing learning what kinds of foods we can grow here in the extreme heat or the freezing winter nights. It was interesting to learn that grape tomatoes grow well in the heat of summer but will die on the few nights during the winter when the weather gets below freezing. ✨🥰

I love your writing. And I love the idea of real food coming from plants, without processing.

I'm looking forward to your next post because I am afraid of carbohydrates. Having lost weight on keto I think I've developed a carb phobia 🙄

I totally get that! I've lost weight before on the keto diet, and as soon as I started eating carbs, I gained the weight back. However, it was the crappy, processed carbs - not the healthy carbs from fruits and veggies. Excited to share this upcoming article with you!
