I used to have a very weird relationship with the scale, some people might say I still do because I weigh every day. It doesn't upset me any longer though, I use it as an indicator of what food has done to me and what my body can handle without putting on weight. 2 glasses of wine after a rough week at work ✅ three pieces of pizza at a work meeting with dinner provided ❌

I don't think there is anything wrong with weighing ourselves every day, as long as we learn, like you have, to use the number as data, not as an indication of whether we are good or bad, or let it determine how we feel for the day.
